    Hip Hip Hooray! I was always told that slightly slow in the head, a slow learner. Not anymore! It’s like you have my back. I can’t tell you how much I’ve learnt here and Workday training USA Thank you for blessing me with this effortlessly ingestible digestible content.

    When I create an objective , I am getting the below error message.

    ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package hr_objectives_swi Procedure create_objective

    Did anybody face such an issue? how to fix this problem?

    I have attached a screen shot of the page.
    THANK YOU!! This saved my butt today, I’m immensely grateful.

    Ya, that’s the only way to resolve your problem I think. Or we need to delete that. But it’s the better way to end-date as you said, by that we can maintain records for tracking.
